Product Guarantee

All products are guaranteed to satisfy and meet your needs. In order to accomplish this we offer a virtual pre-production sample, or in some cases, an actual sample. Your prior approval is necessary in order to begin production.

Since we have been in the custom apparel and promotional products business for 30 years, we anticipate your questions and concerns even before you have them. We are your design experts from concept to creation.

Quality Control

Every piece of custom imprinted and embroidered apparel, custom embroidered patches, and promotional products are human-inspected for quality control. If you're not satisfied, we're not satisfied.
